Karan Singh is a five years old with the features of every other child his age except the amazing fact that he is 5 feet 7 inches tall and even taller than some adult.

He weighed a dazzling 15.4 pounds ,the expected weight of a newborn baby boy was half that  and measuring 24 inches, which made him four inches longer than the average baby.
