How Babies Communicate

It is not always easy to understand what your baby is trying to tell you. Do not be discouraged. This is through test, strength and error you will learn, little by little, to decode its signals.

The signals sent baby

Your baby will send different signals when it is ready to receive your attentions. For example:

  • It will grow different types of cries;
  • He will change expression (trembling lips, frown, etc.);
  • he will seek it or avoid your gaze;
  • It will make different gestures (it will lift your hands, and wave them, etc.).

By this signals, your baby want you to do something differently. For example, he wants:

  • to be given food.
  • your appraiser.
  • to be hold in your arms.
  • to testify of your affection;
  • you to change the expression on your face;
  • to sing something;
  • you to talk to him.

SOS distress!

If your baby is in pain, feels sick, confused, sad, scared or alone:

  • comfort him and reassure him holding it in your arms, kissing, and talking quietly and calmly;
  • focus on their needs;
  • do not treat her feelings lightly;
  • do not show you exasperated.
