Raising a Super Kid

A child does not automatically transform into a Super Kid, procedures and principles needs to be followed to achieve it. These procedures and principles are not farfetched but can be achieved through hard work, passion and a lot of patient need to become proud mother of a Super Kid or Super Kids which earn you the title of a Super Mom.
To raise a Super Kid two things are paramount. They are Procedures and Principles that I refer to as the two P’s; they can serve as guidelines to raising a Super Kids.

Procedures of raising Super Kids

Webster’s Dictionary defined Procedures as “a step taken as part of an established order of steps”.  Raising a Super kid comes in steps that should be followed to arrive at the desired result. Some of the Procedures are:
     1.      Give your child the opportunity to think and solve little challenges and limit much you get involved.
     2.      Create a bond with your child by getting involved with their daily activities in school and at home. This get you into their world of knowing how they are doing and the challenges they are face.
     3.      Children ask a lot of questions also ask them and tell them where they can source for answers based on the questions.
     4.      In every child lies a competitor, as a mom “remember that you are your child’s advocate and resource” so encourage him/her to be part of a competition as it helps his confidence.
     5.      Set a standard for your child and it’s not early to do it now.
     6.      Encourage your child as it serves as a motivating factor for more success. Celebrate your child for any brilliant perform either educationally, socially or morally. It is a way of telling him/her to do better.
     7.      Problems are not bad but opportunity to make us better. Tell your child early that we leave in a world filled with problems that want someone to find solutions to them. So he/she should “wear his/her thinking cap” like Stella Dimoko kurkus will say.
