Man 22 Years, Said He Mistakenly Strangle His 3 Years Old Sister to Death..

This Western Ohio man has been sentenced from 20 years imprisonment to life, for strangling his 3-year-old step-sister, Tristan Carlton to death in February.
Brian Scales, who clocked 22 just this Sunday, pleaded guilty of 2 counts of aggravated murder and child endangering in the death of his step-sister.

Tristan Carlton's mother told police that she found Brian unemotional after coming home from shopping.

Medics tired all they could to revive the 3 years old girl but were unsuccessful.

Insas Scales told her son at sentencing that she still loved him but "it was the devil that took hold of you" the day Carlton died.

Brian Scales said what happened was a mistake, but his mother told him "you don't mistakenly murder somebody."
